1 Standard Test Conditions
Test should be conducted with new batteries within one month after shipment from our factory and the cells shall not be cycled more than five times before the test. Unless otherwise defined, test and measurement shall be done under temperature of 25±2ºC and relative humidity of 45~85%. The test results are not affected evidently by such conditions of temperature 15~30ºC or humidity 25~85%RH.5.2 Measuring Instrument or Apparatus.

c. Measure the inner resistance,same IR cells for one pack (difference is under 1m Ohm)
All above steps are very strict to make sure the pack performance is perfect.
